Great tasting matcha! Very cool concept.

The air bubbles that come out of the tea when you place it in the water grab my attention and focus me on the ritual of my green tea and being in the moment.

The flavor of this matcha is by far and away the smoothest I’ve ever had. Much better quality than any coffeehouse. I also really enjoy the tea making ritual at home with the matcha tea stick- it’s a relaxing addition to the week and it feels more satisfying than coffee. Since each tea stick is wrapped individually, I have also started making it at work for a brief mental diversion during the day.

This is a great way to make yourself slow down. You can not show up for anyone else unless you first show up for yourself. This matcha tea and meditation does just that! It really brings a sense of calmness and relaxation to my day.

This was super helpful for my meditation practice! Usually, my mind wanders when I try to meditate, but this helped me to concentrate on what I was doing.

A great way to get a perfect amount of matcha-- it stirs into hot water easily and tastes great! I love adding a little touch of milk and honey into mine. The only feedback I have is that there is too much volume and packaging.
